Check-in time begins at 3pm and check-out must be completed by 11am.
A local representative will meet with you to go over the apartment and provide/pick up keys.
While we love animals, they’re not allowed in the apartment. Anyone disregarding this rule will be asked to leave without refund.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, cookware, dishware and utensils. Small appliances include a microwave, toaster, and coffee-maker.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning service is included once per week.
While Aquamar doesn’t provide direct airport transfers, the 24hr concierge will be more than happy to make arrangements. Uber ride-share services are also available.
The apartment includes one secure garage parking space – upon request. Free outdoor/private parking is also available.
All guests may cancel free of charge up to 24 hrs after the booking is confirmed, as long as the stay is more than 60 days away. Guests will receive a 50% refund of total costs if they cancel at least 4 weeks before check-in. We apologize, but refunds can’t be processed for cancellations within 4 weeks of check-in.
